What should I wear?  What should I bring to a Sweat?

Most people wear loose shorts, skirt, and a T-shirt.  Wear loose fitting shoes as you will remove them and enter the Lodge barefooted.  Bring two towels with you.  Bring one into the Lodge with you to wipe the sweat from your face; the other to dry off afterwards.  Warm-up pants and a light jacket are probably the most comfortable outer clothing to wear to/from the Sweat.  If you would like to contribute a few dollars to the upkeep of the Lodge, it would be most welcomed.  A contributions basket is located near the Sweat Lodge.
