SWEAT LODGE CEREMONIES
A sweat lodge ceremony is held monthly at full moon in Carencro, Louisiana (Southwestern Louisiana ... near the junction of I-10 and I-49). Contact Francine for directions. Everyone is invited to attend. There are no fees for the Sweat; however, contributions for Sweat Lodge maintenance are requested if you are able. Please note: There are no alcohol or drugs allowed.

March 20 – Moon of Snow Blindness Sept. 11 – Moon of Brown Leaves
April 17 – Moon of Fattening Oct. 09 – Moon of Falling Leaves
May 15 – Moon of Planting Nov. 13 – Moon of Starting Winter
June 12 – Moon of Good Berries Dec. 11 – Moon of Shedding Horns
Time is 6 PM for all except three summer months (6 AM). You can contact Francine Guillory (337-228-7683) or go by The Leather Pouch (store) for a Sweat Lodge handout that contains the directions to the Carencro site. Let us know if you are attending the Sweat Lodge by calling Francine.
